It was until June 11th, 2019, yes!, 20 days before the reinforcement of the new Value Added Tax (VAT) in Costa Rica, that the Tax Administration officially published the Final Version of the Rule to The Law, that is what I call planning ahead!, so now we can go over the basics of how VAT
